Job summary

Aon Human Capital is seeking a Consultant - Data Solutions to support McLagan clients with compensation benchmarking and advisory insights in the insurance sector. The role focuses on data management, deliverables, and collaboration across performance and reward products.

Ideal candidates have 4-8 years in management consulting or HR within financial services, strong analytical and presentation skills, and knowledge of compensation. Hybrid work with 2+ days/week in Connecticut office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-8 years of management consulting or HR experience in financial services; insurance sector experience preferred.
• Highly numerate and analytical with excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills including strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of compensation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality deliverables and templates; manage timelines and annual deliverables.
• Present analytics to deliver insights, conclusions and recommendations to clients.
• Advise mid- and senior-level HR professionals on strategic questions.
• Articulate the value proposition of reward solutions across sectors and influence product strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing to draft sector content for outreach; draft proposals from client conversations.
• Build tools to streamline work processes and improve data-driven insights.
