Seriös Group is seeking a Principal Data Solutions Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership across the data lifecycle, helping clients realise value through data strategy, governance, cloud platforms, integration, analytics and AI.

You will lead and assure delivery from discovery through to production, mentoring colleagues and driving capability building while supporting business development through scoping, estimation, proposals and presentations.

Qualificações

• Experience designing cloud data platforms in Azure or AWS.
• 5+ years in data engineering, BI or related roles.
• ETL and data pipeline design experience, technology agnostic.
• Experience with multiple cloud/data tech stacks (Fabric, ADF, Event Hubs, Data Lake, Synapse, Glue, Redshift, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Strong data warehouse and data lake knowledge; data modelling (Kimball/Inmon/Data Vault).
• Advanced SQL skills; programming exposure (Python/R/Spark).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data visualization tools.

• Lead delivery by organising teams, allocating resources and tracking progress.
• Provide mentoring and capability-building for project teams.
• Support pre-sales with scoping, estimation, proposals and presentations.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and apply innovations.
• Ensure delivery excellence with governance and measurable outcomes.
