Job summary

KPI Partners is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end delivery on a Customer 360 engagement in North America. You will own the onshore architecture, guide engineering delivery, and act as the trusted liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role demands deep expertise in Medallion Architecture on Snowflake and strong governance of data pipelines, latency, and quality. Travel limited to project needs, with hybrid on-site and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture, or senior data engineering with client-facing delivery.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement at all levels—as a consultant or SI context.
• Deep Snowflake expertise—ELT, performance optimization, dynamic tables, streams, and tasks.
• Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture (Stage/ODS/Silver/Gold) and downstream impact.
• ODS/MDM fluency—SCD patterns, surrogate keys, and master data hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture governance to onshore/offshore teams.
• Leverage Snowflake COCO to accelerate pipeline delivery.
• Review and approve critical technical decisions before engineering begins.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master on sprint planning with clear acceptance criteria.
• Mentor data engineers and serve as escalation point for blockers.
