Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise policies, procedures and operating standards including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings with management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an expert regarding the supported business units and has expert understanding of IT systems and capabilities.
• Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for IT; manages requirements, approvals, changes, and traceability.
• Assists with business process redesign and documentation for new technology; ensures solutions comply with organizational standards.
• Negotiates agreements and facilitates communication between business units and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
