ACT Education Corp. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager of Data Services to guide data management, reporting platforms, and B2G registration tools. You will collaborate with MRD and Operations to deliver end-to-end data and reporting solutions for educational customers.

The role blends platform leadership with data strategy, reporting, and interoperability, reporting to the VP of K12 Education. Remote work is available in the United States with salary in the $95k–$135k range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology or product development/management experience with requirements writing and roadmap ownership
• Strong API, interoperability, and integration expertise
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
• Expert understanding of technical platforms, pipelines, and APIs
• Deep knowledge of API strategy, platform integration patterns, and microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements
• Experience with data services and analytics

Responsabilités

• Understand market needs and technology trends to produce a roadmap for data and technical reporting services for institutional customers and stakeholders
• Manage and enhance automated registration, data, and reporting tools by writing requirements and partnering with technology teams for execution
• Manage enrollment and rostering solutions, including the B2B registration tool (ACT Now), to enable coherent registration through reporting
• Define strategic direction for reporting data platforms and internal/external integrations
• Maintain knowledge of interoperability standards for education technology to build a strategic roadmap for data services
• Provide oversight for RFPs, audits, and compliance
