• Manage enrollment and rostering solutions and B2B tools like ACT Now
• Collaborate with technology for government compliance in NIST, GovRAMP, and FedRAMP
• Provide data analytics support and consultant services for product managers
• Build scalable data delivery to third-party agencies and ensure customer satisfaction
