Job summary

North American Search Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote role in the United States to own the end-to-end roadmap from prioritization to delivery.

You will collaborate with customers, brokers and underwriters to solve high-impact problems and align Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial, and GTM teams to implement pricing models.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, strong quantitative skills and technical credibility; a technical undergraduate degree is an asset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap and execution from prioritization to delivery.
• Collaborate directly with customers, brokers, and underwriters to identify high-impact problems.
• Align Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial, and GTM teams to ensure seamless execution from incoming data to final pricing models.
• Scale and refine core pricing frameworks and long-term product strategy.
