Job summary

Kentro Estelle iLab is seeking a Senior Data Security Engineer to secure USSOCOM's data environment with a focus on Microsoft Azure security solutions. The role includes architecting advanced data rights management and DLP policies across hybrid systems to ensure compliance and protect critical information.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience, particularly with Microsoft Purview and Defender XDR. This position offers a hybrid working model based in Tampa, Florida.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise systems engineering, data security, or cybersecurity operations.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Azure security architecture.
• Strong experience implementing and administering AD-RMS and Azure RMS.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage comprehensive Azure security solutions.
• Design and configure security policies within the Microsoft Defender suite.
• Design, deploy, and enforce Trellix Full Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
