Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Senior Data Security Engineer to support USSOCOM's Zero Trust architecture in Tampa, Florida. The role focuses on securing complex information environments, including deploying Azure security solutions and implementing data rights management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise systems engineering, data security, or cybersecurity operations.
• Proven experience designing, tuning, and enforcing Trellix Full Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Strong understanding of storage protocols (NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3) and database structures (SQL, NoSQL).

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage comprehensive security solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Design and configure security policies leveraging Microsoft Defender suite.
• Implement Trellix Full DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration.
