Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks a senior Microsoft Purview and Data Protection Engineer to design, implement, and mature enterprise data protection across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, and cloud apps. You will serve as the technical authority, enabling secure collaboration while protecting sensitive information.

Responsibilities include leading DLP, insider risk, and information protection programs, automating processes, and guiding architecture across Security Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk

Qualifications

Concentration in cybersecurity or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions across enterprise environments.
Develop and mature DSPM, DLP, and Information Protection controls.
Translate regulatory requirements into technical policies and enterprise-wide standards.
mentor engineers and drive automation, analytics, and operational excellence.
