Job summary

Din Development Corporation seeks a Senior Security Engineer to lead Azure security engineering and SOC support. You will implement zero-trust controls, perform hands-on testing, and drive risk-based security improvements aligned with federal standards.

Required 8+ years in cybersecurity, a relevant BS, and Secret clearance or higher, plus Security+ or CISSP and cloud architecture certifications. Role is contingent upon award and located in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Secret clearance or higher.
• Security+ or CISSP certification AND a cloud architecture/engineering or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SOC SOPs and security assessment processes.
• Protect integrity, confidentiality, and accountability of security processes and data.
• Perform vulnerability analysis and review system requirements, architectures, and security plans.
• Develop security evaluation plans, test procedures, and methodologies; conduct hands‑on testing.
• Assess risk, document mitigations, and coordinate across cybersecurity teams.
• Lead engineering and implementation of secure Azure solutions aligned with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and NTIA.
