Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years (Ph.D.) or 5+ years (M.S.) of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with statistical analysis, experimental design, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CMC and cross-functional teams to tackle data science questions.
• Integrate and analyze data across processes to improve understanding.
• Develop dashboards and workflows for scientist leaders to explore data.
• Lead data-focused projects from definition to communication of conclusions.
