Cabaletta Bio Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist in the Technology Development Data Analytics group in hybrid Philadelphia.

You will apply statistical, computational, and data-driven methods to solve manufacturing and development challenges within CMC, partnering with Process Development, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. The role emphasizes building reusable analytics, visualizations, and scalable data pipelines, with opportunities to explore AI-enabled

Competenze

• Ph.D./M.S. in a quantitative discipline; strong data science foundation.
• 2+ years (Ph.D.) or 5+ years (M.S.) of industry experience preferred, otherwise equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific questions into analytical plans.
• Experience with statistical analysis, experimental design, data visualization, and complex datasets.

Mansioni

• Partner with CMC scientists to identify questions solvable by data analytics.
• Integrate data across process development, analytical development, manufacturing, and quality.
• Develop dashboards and workflows to enable data-driven decisions for technical teams.
• Establish scalable, reproducible data integration and visualization approaches for CMC data.
• Apply JMP, Python, R, SQL, Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau to analyses.
• Lead data-focused projects from problem definition to conclusions and communication.
