Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, economics, higher education administration, public policy, computer science, information systems, mathematics, operations research, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, institutional research, business intelligence, data analytics, program evaluation, or a related field.
• Experience must include developing key performance indicators, implementing reporting frameworks, conducting benchmarking and comparative analyses, and communicating results to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish a system for measuring Key Performance Indicators across pillars of the Strategic Plan.
• Develop and manage data submission schedules, performance measures, reporting calendars, and review cycles.
• Create Strategic Plan scorecards and progress reports.
• Complete benchmarking analyses tied to Strategic Plan priorities.
• Report to the Board and executive leadership regarding overall plan progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
