Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking an executive-level Data Scientist SME to provide high-impact advisory and technical services to the National Security Branch and senior agency programs. You will design advanced machine learning architectures, novel algorithms, and exploratory data pipelines across high-stakes law enforcement, intelligence, and investigative datasets.

Lead cross-disciplinary teams, translate complex analyses into actionable insights for senior leaders, and communicate findings

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Developer acting as a technical development lead for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing massive datasets to build predictive models.
• 10 years of experience in software development and programming across multiple languages, statistical packages, dataset manipulation tools, and AI/ML frameworks.
• 8 years of experience utilizing data systems to acquire, extract, and structure data for research and statistical analysis.
• 8 years of experience analyzing complex datasets using exploratory data analysis techniques.
• 8 years of experience cleaning and sub-setting large-scale data.
• 8 years of experience communicating findings to non-technical audiences with visualizations.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design machine learning, statistical analysis, and complex data science projects across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to diagnose workflows and modernization strategies.
• Architect methodologies to ingest, analyze, and exploit large data volumes.
• Develop models, data structures, and software to optimize enterprise search and data discovery.
• Use Python to build production-ready scripts for data collection and processing.
• Design and validate data quality frameworks and automated pipelines.
• Coordinate across teams to deploy predictive models and assess impact.
• Analyze multi-source outputs and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop visualizations and executive summaries to communicate findings.
