Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking an executive-level Mid-Level Data Scientist to support the National Security Branch. You will design and deploy advanced ML models, algorithms, and data workflows across complex datasets and collaborate with government stakeholders to turn discoveries into mission-critical decisions.

You will lead cross-project analytics, develop data-driven recommendations for leadership, and create visualizations for senior officials.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Data Scientist or equivalent data-centric role.
• 6+ years with multiple programming languages and AI/ML tools.
• 6+ years of data extraction, preparation, and research workflows.
• 6+ years of exploratory data analysis to interpret trends.
• 6+ years of cleaning and sub-setting large datasets for analyses.
• 6+ years of communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design ML, statistical, and data analysis tasks across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to improve workflows or systems.
• Design approaches for large law enforcement, intelligence, and business datasets.
• Develop custom data models, algorithms, and software for data search and retrieval.
• Use Python to collect, wrangle, and process data.
• Test and validate data quality, integrity, and performance of data processes.
• Coordinate across teams to deploy predictive models and monitor outcomes.
• Analyze findings and present actionable recommendations to executives.
• Develop visualizations and charts to communicate results to non-technical audiences.
