You will design and deploy ML models, develop data workflows, and communicate results with clear visualizations for executive leadership, partnering across cross-functional teams to advance mission-critical insights.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience as a Data Scientist or equivalent data-centric role (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Engineer).
• 6 years of experience utilizing multiple programming languages and statistical packages, alongside modern AI/ML tools.
• 6 years of experience acquiring, cleaning, and preparing data for research or analysis.
• 6 years of exploratory data analysis to interpret complex data trends.
• 6 years of data wrangling to support analytical workflows.
• 6 years of communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design machine learning, statistical analysis, and data analysis tasks across projects of varying complexity.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify workflow improvements.
• Design approaches to handling large volumes of government data.
• Develop data models, algorithms, and software to optimize data search and retrieval.
• Use Python to collect, wrangle, and process data.
• Test and validate data quality, integrity, and performance of automated processes.
• Coordinate across teams to deploy predictive models and monitor outcomes.
• Analyze findings and present actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Develop visualizations and charts to communicate results to non-technical audiences.
