Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Statistics/Engineering/Economics or related quantitative field.
• Proficient Python for data science (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PySpark).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure/Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML solutions across data acquisition, feature engineering, training, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and engineers to translate business problems into data science frameworks and outcomes.
• Engineer features from large datasets to improve model accuracy and business impact, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Monitor models for drift and performance issues and address problems proactively.
• Provide leadership on statistical modeling, ML, and advanced analytics for complex business problems.
• Mentor junior scientists through code reviews and design discussions; communicate methodologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
