Placements24 is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to spearhead advanced analytics and AI initiatives. This fully remote role focuses on developing and deploying sophisticated ML models that drive strategic decisions and product innovation with large, complex datasets.

You will mentor a team of data scientists, collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI solutions, and stay at the forefront of AI research from the home office.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Proven experience leading remote data science teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design.
