Job summary

Phantom is seeking a senior analytics professional to join a fully remote, global team. You will analyze activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, and design experiments to drive product improvements at scale.

You will define product metrics, build reusable datasets, and collaborate with Engineering on instrumentation and data quality. Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, and AI coding tools is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in statistics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience shaping product strategy through analytics.
• Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data exploration and modeling.
• Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
• Experience using AI coding tools and validating generated results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user journeys and metrics to identify product improvements.
• Design and evaluate experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Define and maintain product metrics in collaboration with Eng.
• Build analytical datasets and dbt models; partner on ETL pipelines.
• Use Python for statistical analysis and automation; ensure reproducibility.
• Incorporate AI coding tools and review generated code for quality.
• Lead ambiguous problems from questions to recommendations and impact.
