Job summary

Phantom, a fully remote crypto wallet and trading app, is hiring a senior product analytics professional to analyze user journeys, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will design and evaluate A/B tests, define success metrics, and interpret results to inform product decisions.

Build reusable analytical datasets and dbt models in collaboration with Data Engineering on Snowflake, Dagster, and ETL pipelines, shaping features used by tens of millions of users globally.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in data science or product analytics with a track record of influencing product decisions.
Strong foundation in statistics, including probability, inference, hypothesis testing, regression, and sources of bias.
Advanced SQL and Python proficiency, plus working knowledge of dbt and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

Analyze user journeys, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization to identify opportunities and recommend product improvements.
Design and evaluate A/B tests, define success metrics, and interpret results to inform product decisions.
Build reusable analytical datasets and dbt models, collaborating with Data Engineering on Snowflake, Dagster, and ETL pipelines.
