Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to partner with product, marketing and finance teams, delivering high‑impact analyses that shape our product strategy. You’ll own product performance insights, build models, and create automated dashboards that scale across our organization.

The role requires strong SQL and Python or R, expertise in statistics, and experience with BI tools. This is a 100% remote position for the US and offers competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis in internet/tech environments.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for business decisions.
• Strong statistical knowledge with ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor/Master in Math, Engineering, Statistics or similar quantitative field.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional impact and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving our products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost our product insights/recommendations.
• Proactively provide data-driven insights/recommendations and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
