Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Data Scientist to support the Global R&D Sciences team, designing experiments and analyzing data to optimize accuracy and efficiency. You will train the team on DOE and statistics, review protocols, and improve interpretation of results from testing.

You will work across R&D projects, using DMAIC, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analyses to drive insights and inform decisions, while educating scientists and reporting periodically to management.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, sciences, math/statistics or similar disciplines.
• 10+ years data analyses and reporting (experiences).
• Experience with regulated environments (medical devices/pharma preferred).
• Expert level in Minitab or JMP and Excel statistical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D projects with experimental design and data analyses.
• Educate team on DOE and statistical rigor for results.
• Review protocols and reports to improve interpretation.
• Perform multivariate analyses to assess system sensitivity.
