Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a senior Data Scientist III to lead complex machine learning and analytics workstreams. You will own end-to-end model lifecycles, deploy production-grade models, and mentor others while partnering with product, engineering, and data teams to measurable outcomes.

You will refine customer segmentation, propensity scoring, and behavioral predictions, guiding governance and reproducibility. Strong communication with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with 5–8+ years of ML/analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ML libraries (XGBoost, LightGBM) preferred.
• Experience deploying production ML models and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, validation, and deployment of production-grade ML models.
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle: framing, feature engineering, training, validation, monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and MLOps to deliver reliable solutions.
