Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with 5–8+ years in ML or analytics.
• Expert Python and SQL; experience deploying end-to-end ML solutions.
• Strong foundations in statistical modeling and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, validation, and deployment of production-grade ML models.
• Own full model lifecycle: framing, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Define evaluation frameworks linking model performance to outcomes.
• Mentor data scientists and collaborate with product/engineering teams.
