Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Data Science and Analytics Lead (Product) to shape strategy and own the data science/growth analytics function. You will partner with product and engineering leaders to drive data-informed decisions and accelerate product growth.

The role emphasizes building scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and experiments, while mentoring team members in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. You will work two days per week from our SF office.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional data science experience with strong technical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering and other functions to drive product goals.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior staff or interns.
• Proficient in Python and data querying languages.

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative analysis to understand how Atlas users interact with our products.
• Develop data pipelines that convert noisy datasets into strong signals of user behavior.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design dashboards and reports that track key metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Plan, execute and analyze experiments to evaluate product changes.
• Mentor others to uplift the team’s data capabilities.
