Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Senior Data Scientist & Product Analyst to shape customer experiences and product strategy for high value sender segments. You will blend marketing, product, engineering, and data science to identify opportunities, design experiments, and influence roadmaps.

You will drive rigorous experimentation, causal inference, and data-driven decisions, mentoring teammates and embedding analytics culture across a growing fintech team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Analytics, Data Science, or related analytics role.
• Strong SQL and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments and A/B tests.
• Proven track record influencing product decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and activation to improve product experiences.
• Design experiments and define success metrics; guide instrumentation and results interpretation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to tie experiments to roadmaps.
• Mentor analysts and advance analytics practices across teams.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and business audiences.
