Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive data-informed decisions across content and visualization products. You will own experimentation, analytics, and self-service reporting to empower cross-functional teams and influence the product roadmap.

The role requires 5+ years in data science or analytics, proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude, and experience with AI tools and ETL pipelines. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or related fields.
• 5+ years of data science, ML, or applied statistics with a product analytics focus.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and ETL pipelines (dbt, Airflow).
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable product recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product, eng, finance, and data teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Own experimentation design, learning agendas, and multivariate testing.
• Deliver data-driven insights that influence product roadmap and strategy.
• Develop self-service AI-enabled reporting and improve data quality.
• Define success metrics and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
