Job summary

Strong background in Python, ML, SQL and cloud platforms is required. You will translate complex analytics into business outcomes and influence talent strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 2 years of analytics experience
• Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration
• Experience with Python, ML, SQL and cloud platforms is preferred
• Experience with AWS and open-source ML ecosystems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support development of NLP and ML models through design, training, evaluation, and implementation
• Apply open-source LLMs via prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and product managers
• Leverage Python, SQL, AWS, LangChain, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, PyTorch/TensorFlow to extract insights
