Fetch seeks a Staff Product Manager to own on-platform measurement, defining how ads are tracked and proven effective across all surfaces. You will standardize event taxonomies, drive attribution, and migrate pipelines to a unified framework with engineering support.

You’ll lead measurement strategy decisions, evaluate approaches like multi-touch attribution or ML modeling, and partner with third parties to validate our results. Remote within the United States is possible.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in ad tech and measurement.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and drive execution.
• Deep technical understanding of on-platform measurement, instrumentation, and attribution.
• Experience owning or building third-party measurement partnerships.
• Proven capability to set strategy and align engineering, analytics, and sales.

Aufgaben

• Own Fetch’s on-platform measurement strategy across surfaces and ad types.
• Define and maintain event taxonomies and standardized measurement frameworks.
• Develop incrementality strategy (geo lift, holdout, causal) with engineering and data science.
• Own attribution framework and credit conversions across campaigns.
• Lead migration of events and pipelines to the new standard without disrupting live campaigns.
• Collaborate with GTM and Business Development for third-party partnerships to validate measurement.
• Represent capabilities internally and externally to partners and advertisers.
• Partner with Engineering on data pipelines and reporting infrastructure for scalability.
