Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Senior/Lead Data Scientist to design, develop, and validate marketing mix or causal models, and to build LLM-powered MVP applications. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week on-site at a MANTECH office in Raleigh, VA, or Charlottesville, VA, with strong Python and AI/ML expertise guiding client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years in data science and ML.
• Experience building and deploying Python tools for generative AI.
• Proven ability to build/validate MMM or causal models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate MMM or other causal models.
• Prototype MVPs using Python, Snowflake, Copilot, and related tools.
• Engage with clients to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Promote modeling best practices for accuracy and impact.
• Collaborate across teams to share data science insights with leadership.
