Fitspr is seeking a Scientist to lead data science, ML, and AI initiatives across the commercial organization in a pharma/regulatory context. The role requires strong Python/R/SQL skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.

You will drive cross-functional projects, build predictive models, and present insights to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and data privacy compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience in pharma or regulated industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong project management skills.
• Shift: Administrative and per business needs.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV or similar analytics/visualization platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data science, ML, and AI capabilities across the commercial organization.
• Guide cross-functional projects to derive insights and build analytics solutions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Identify business needs; perform SWOT analyses; propose analytical approaches.
• Develop high-performance algorithms, prototypes, and predictive models using Python.
• Work with SQL and other DB query languages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define methodologies addressing business questions.
• Present ideas and results clearly to business partners.
• Create compelling PowerPoint stories; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements for data assets.
