Tharros is seeking a Data Scientist to serve as the program's senior analytical authority, leading advanced data science methods, models, and Palantir Foundry applications to support Air Force Mission Assurance decision-making.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required, with strong background in data science and analytics.
• 10+ years of professional experience in relevant field or industry.
• Experience developing analytical applications within Palantir Foundry or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced data science methods, AI/ML, and analytics for Mission Assurance.
• Design and sustain analytical models, COA analysis, risk prioritization, and dashboards.
• Develop Palantir Foundry applications and govern analytical tooling and workflows.
• Provide senior analytical consultation to government leadership and ensure QA of data pipelines.
• Coordinate with teams using Platform One, Jira, and Confluence for delivery.
