Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive metrics and analytics for the Connected Growth & Insights team, delivering Tableau dashboards and data-driven insights across multiple OpCos. The role involves advancing Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities and mentoring the analytics team.

You will partner with product owners, data architects, and coalition leaders to define success metrics and enable executive storytelling with data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• 7+ years in data science/analytics with progressive responsibility.
• Experience defining and delivering business metrics and KPIs at enterprise scale.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or equivalent BI).
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models and CRM reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines, builds, and maintains success metrics for Connected initiatives across all transformation stages.
• Designs and delivers Tableau dashboards and reports for OpCo stakeholders.
• Translates complex data into clear, actionable narratives for leadership.
• Advances Cortex AI self-service analytics to reduce time-to-insight.
• Mentors team members on analytics best practices and data science principles.
• Presents findings to stakeholders at all levels.
