impact.com is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead measurement improvements across its partnership marketing platform. You will drive modeling research for attribution, identity resolution, and tracking quality, while owning end‑to‑end measurement pipelines and incrementality testing.

The role is high‑impact and requires designing experiments and bridging technical work with business value, including external identity partners and build‑vs‑buy decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience in data‑driven research and development.
• Proven track record in designing incrementality experiments and A/B testing.
• Fluent in Python/SQL and able to take code from research to production.

Responsibilities

• Innovate using ML, graph networks, and AI to modernize measurement.
• Develop robust pipelines with monitoring and SLOs; own deployment and testing.
• Quantify lift of attribution projects and ensure robust identity tracking pipelines.
