Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced data scientist to design, develop, and evaluate complex predictive models across diverse datasets. You will test hypotheses, produce actionable insights, and guide stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

The role requires designing end-to-end data science solutions, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with senior leaders to advance analytic capabilities within the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar quantitative field.
• Master's/PhD preferred with relevant analytics depth.
• Experience with end-to-end data science lifecycle and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and evaluate large predictive models and advanced algorithms.
• Test hypotheses and interpret results to drive decisions.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Code complex software programs and automated data processes.
• Lead moderate to large projects and mentor junior staff.
