The role partners with data engineers, product managers, and analysts to deliver scalable data products and business impact.

You will guide model development across design to deployment, using Python, AWS, and a broad tech stack. Strong leadership, ML expertise, and data intuition are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field with several years of analytics experience.
• Master’s or MBA with quantitative focus acceptable with relevant analytics experience.
• PhD plus hands-on data analytics experience is highly regarded.
• At least 2 years using open-source languages for large-scale data analysis.
• At least 2 years of machine learning experience.
• Experience using relational databases and managing data for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–5 associates to build ML models for credit decisioning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver ML-driven products customers love.
• Develop and productionize models from design through deployment.
• Translate complex modeling work into tangible business goals.
