Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union seeks a data analytics professional to design and deliver automated reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics across the organization. You will build scalable data infrastructure and pipelines using Databricks, SQL, Python, and PySpark to support decision making.

You will translate business needs into analytical solutions, deliver executive-facing dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and partner with Marketing and business teams to drive insights that guide campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, math, CS, or engineering.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong foundations in data infrastructure, modeling, pipelines, and data quality.
• Proven ability to design executive dashboards and self-service analytics with Power BI or Tableau.
