Job summary

Aspire General Insurance is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Analytics team and drive data-driven decisions across pricing, claims, and customer segmentation.

You will build predictive models, perform advanced analytics, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, collaborating with underwriting, product, and marketing to scale data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced analytics roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop, test, and support predictive models for pricing, claims, fraud detection, and segmentation.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, marketing, operations, and leadership to scope and execute analytics projects.
