  • Provide expert leadership on client projects, consulting teams and periscope initiatives; shape analytics approach, review insights and deliver client‑facing recommendations.
  • Coach clients, consulting team members and Periscope leads to adopt analytical best practices.
  • Engage with Periscope Retail and CPG solutions teams to drive industry‑defining innovation and scale ideas through client engagements.

The salary range for new joiners in this role (U.S.) is $176,000 - $179,500 USD gross per year, reflecting the lowest to highest estimate for this role. Actual salaries may vary based on location, experience and organizational needs. Certain roles may be eligible for bonuses at McKinsey's discretion.
