Qualifications

• Опыт реализации проектов Data Scientist от разведки данных до развёртывания моделей и оценки их эффективности.
• Умение работать с табличными данными и временными рядами, включая EDA, обработку признаков, моделирование и оценку.
• Навыки Python и стандартных библиотек data science: pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow или PyTorch.
• Опыт руководства аналитическими командами и взаимодействия с бизнес‑заказчиками.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение объяснить технические решения не‑技术ическим аудиториям.

Responsibilities

• Доставка end‑to‑end проектов data science от анализа до внедрения и мониторинга моделей.
• Сотрудничество с бизнес‑заинтересованными сторонами для идентификации возможностей и перевода их в измеримые решения.
• Презентация сложной аналитики техническим и нетехническим аудиториям.
• Поддержка presales: подготовка концепций ML‑решений и оценка объёма проектов.
• Участие в формировании и развитии практики Data Science.

Following the acquisition of Tooploox, the company provides end-to-end delivery from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation.

Задачи:

• Deliver end-to-end data science projects using classical machine learning and deep learning approaches, from data exploration and modeling to deployment and performance tracking
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate them into measurable data-driven solutions
• Present complex analytical findings clearly and in an actionable way to technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to analytical planning and alignment with overall business objectives
• Support presales activities by preparing data and ML solution concepts, participating in client meetings, and estimating project scope and potential value
• Help shape the Data Science practice through strategic development and recruitment initiatives

Требования:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Data Scientist projects, from exploratory data analysis to model deployment, performance evaluation, and experimentation
• Strong expertise with tabular and time-series data, including EDA, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and model evaluation
• Proficiency in Python and common data-science libraries, including pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Experience leading or mentoring analytics teams and coordinating with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for translating between technical and business perspectives
• Solid understanding of business processes and data structures
• Confidence in client-facing settings, including gathering requirements, shaping analytical roadmaps, and delivering measurable business value
• Fluency in English
• Nice to have: hands‑on experience with deep learning, computer vision, or generative AI projects
• familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps tools
• experience with data visualization or BI tools
