Job summary

DataArt ищет лидера в области искусственного интеллекта для стратегического руководства и консультаций по инициативам ИИ в рамках AI Lab и целей компании. Вы будете анализировать требования клиентов, разрабатывать решения на базе генеративного ИИ, LangChain и MLOps, презентовать предложения, вести PoC и Accelerator проекты, поддерживать знания в команде и следить за отраслевыми трендами.

Требуется опыт внедрения AI/ML в бизнес, сильные коммуникативные навыки и способность к руководству

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 4 лет реализации и руководства AI/ML-проектами.
• Практический опыт на позициях консультанта или архитектора AI-решений.
• Степень магистра или бакалавра в CS/AI/ML или близкой области.
• Опыт внедрения AI/ML-решений в бизнес-контексте.
• Опыт работы с облачными платформами AWS, GCP или Azure.
• Экспертиза в генеративном AI и LLMs, включая LangChain.
• Глубокие знания MLOps: пайплайны, CI/CD и мониторинг моделей.
• Сильные коммуникативные и лидерские навыки для взаимодействия с клиентами и командами.

Responsibilities

Задачи

• Strategically lead and advise on AI initiatives aligned with the AI Lab and company objectives;
• Assess business requirements with diverse client teams and design tailored AI solutions integrating generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps practices;
• Present recommendations and proposals to current and prospective AI clients, demonstrating innovative offerings and business value;
• Lead and develop Proof of Concepts and Accelerator projects using advanced cloud integration and generative AI technologies;
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements;
• Foster continuous learning and innovation within the team;
• Share relevant insights with clients and internal groups.

Требования

• At least 4 years of practical experience implementing and leading AI/ML projects;
• Practical experience in AI roles such as Consultant or AI Solution Architect;
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in a business context;
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Expertise in Generative AI and LLMs, including modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain;
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including model training pipelines, continuous integration and deployment, and ML model monitoring;
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration, proposal presentations, and stakeholder management.
