Ibotta, Inc. is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join the Client Data & Measurement team in Denver. You will use statistics, ML, and visualizations to uncover opportunities and influence business decisions. You will build scalable datasets and collaborate across spokes in a hybrid, in-office schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in data science or ML, a BS in CS/Engineering/Analytics, and strong Python skills with SQL and graph data knowledge. Relocation may be offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to drive decisions using data and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to discover, cleanse, and refine data for analysis and modeling.
• Build and validate models using statistical and ML techniques, and measure performance.
• Prioritize projects based on business impact and drive large-scale initiatives.
• Develop experiments and inform design to address key business challenges.
• Mentor and educate team members on data science best practices.
• Become an expert on Ibotta’s data ecosystem and analytics stack.
• Communicate insights to drive business value and strategy.
