You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across claims, underwriting, actuarial, and other business areas to transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, CS or related).
• 6+ years as a Data Scientist with ML/predictive modeling focus.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server; Snowflake a plus.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders; U.S. work authorization required.
