Job summary

PatientPoint, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. You will tackle problems across the enterprise, from provider growth to pricing, operations, and campaign measurement, building data products that drive actionable insights and automate manual processes.

You will design pricing signals, develop ML models and optimization methods, ensure interpretability of prices, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with engineering, product management and pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years of data science experience developing data products, deploying models to production, and delivering analyses to stakeholders.
• Fluency in Python and SQL with end-to-end data stack experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ML and data science methods including predictive modeling and optimization.
• Experience promoting models through lifecycle and monitoring performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advance algorithmic pricing across the business.
• Design a system with signals of supply, demand, willingness-to-pay, and ROI that adapts to changing conditions.
• Build interpretability so quoted prices are explainable and drivers are clear.
• Leverage ML, statistics, and optimization to deliver impactful results for clients.
• Mentor and coach junior data science team members.
