PatientPoint in Cincinnati, OH or Remote is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to create data products that automate processes and provide actionable predictions across pricing, marketing, and operations.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop signals for supply/demand and ROI, ensure price explanations, and mentor teammates while applying machine learning, statistics, and optimization in a dynamic healthcare-ad tech setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related data science experience developing data products.
• Fluency in Python and SQL with end-to-end data stack experience.
• Experience deploying models to production and delivering analyses.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior data scientists and teams.
• Provide examples or complete analytics projects to demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities

• Advance algorithmic pricing across the business.
• Design signals of supply, demand, willingness-to-pay, and ROI.
• Build interpretable pricing decisions with explainable changes.
• Apply ML, statistics, and optimization to campaigns.
• Mentor and coach less experienced data scientists.
