Job summary

PatientPoint is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. You will tackle problems across the enterprise including provider growth, pricing, operations, marketing, and campaign measurement. You will create data products that synthesize data into predictions and automate processes.

You will mentor teammates and collaborate with engineering, product management, and pricing to deliver impactful results for clients. Travel up to 20 days per year.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data science developing data products and delivering analyses.
• Experience deploying models to production and guiding stakeholders.
• Fluent Python and SQL with end-to-end data stack work.
• ML and optimization methods with model validation and selection.
• Ability to explain pricing decisions with actionable insights.
• Mentor junior data scientists as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance pricing strategies.
• Design signals for supply, demand, willingness-to-pay and ROI; adapt prices dynamically.
• Build interpretable pricing models with clear drivers and explainable outputs.
• Apply ML, statistics and optimization to deliver client-impacting results.
• Mentor and coach less experienced data scientists.
