Job summary

You will report to the Senior Director, Business Insights and Analytics, advancing data science capabilities and leveraging best practices in data mining and statistical modeling to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or applied mathematics.
• Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant data science, statistics, and business analysis experience.
• Healthcare data & technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for machine learning and business intelligence to generate market insights.
• Develop AI/ML initiatives to support strategic priorities.
• Implement advanced analytics to support commercial teams and explorative ML/deep learning applications.
• Influence business decisions by enhancing analytics and predictive modeling.
• Build predictive models for commercial initiatives and scale to production.
