Oasis Health Partners seeks a Principal Data Scientist to lead the data and analytics function, owning predictive modeling end-to-end and scaling ML deployments. You will bridge clinical strategy with technology, collaborate with executives and care teams, and drive analytics initiatives across data sources including claims and EMR data.

You will build and productionize models, design DBT data marts, and guide the analytics layer for executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare analytics with hands-on experience in real-world data.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for building and productionizing models.
• Experience creating impactful BI reports and dashboards for end-users.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Own our machine learning strategy and execution.
• Build foundational analytics data models in DBT to support analytics.
• Own MLOps engineering to automate, deploy, and monitor models.
• Collaborate with executives, operations, clinical and product teams to drive impact.
