Job summary

Oasis Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Director of Data Science to build and scale a predictive analytics platform that improves patient outcomes.

You will lead ML strategy, collaborate across clinical, operational and technology teams, and own end-to-end model production and deployment. You will design analytics data models in DBT, identify data sources to enhance risk stratification, and build models that inform interventions and program performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare analytics with hands-on data experience.
• 3+ years leading data science teams in healthcare.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analytics and ML.
• Experience building BI reports and dashboards for end-users.
• Able to thrive in startup ambiguity and rapid change.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own our machine learning strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with tech, clinical, and operations to implement interventions.
• Set up analytics data models in DBT.
• Identify additional data sources to risk-stratify patients.
• Build predictive models to identify high-risk patients.
• Utilize AI/LLMs to advance patient and provider engagement.
• Analyze clinical data from payors and providers.
• Analyze clinical program performance and workflows.
• Develop analytics layer to support executive dashboards.
